The Female Pedophile

Written by Jasmin

This is perhaps one of the last taboos we want to speak of. It’s also the ultimate crime if a pedophile wants to go un noticed and get away with their behaviour. Speaking about female sexual predators is not something that is socially acceptable, even today.

When women are caught sexually abusing, raping or grooming children they are seen as ‘having an affair’ or ‘relationship’ with a child, particularly if that child is a boy. Unless a man is involved, no one even asks the questions about sexual abuse of girls by women.

Michele Elliott is a Child Psychologist and founder of children’s foundation Kidscape and author of Female Sexual Abuse of Children – The Ultimate Taboo gives answers to some very pertinent questions about female pedophiles in this 20min interview.

Amen! It’s time people opened their eyes and stop excusing this when women do it.
